Austin-based Bazaarvoice, the provider of ratings and reviews software for e-commerce sites, announced today that it has hired Kumar Srinivasan as its Chief Technology Officer. Srinivasan has previously served at Amazon.com and Lockerz.com. At Lockerz.com, he was Chief Product and Technology Officer; at Amazon, Srinivasan served as Vice President and General Manager, heading up Amazon's payment web services, merchant, and developer solutions. Bazaarvoice said that Srinivasan has also served at Travelocity.com, Drugstore.com, Blockbuster Inc. and Wal-Mart, Inc.
