Houston, Texas-based information technology consulting firm CPSG announced Wednesday that it has completed its merger with fellow consulting outfit Partners Consulting Services Inc. Terms of the merger were not disclosed. Because of its union with PCS, which is headquartered in Irvine, Calif., CPSG said it could now deliver its services nationally. Combined, CPSG and PCS also boast operations in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Pittsburgh, San Diego and San Francisco. CPSG is an IT consulting firm focused on Sun Microsystems environments, and was founded in 1997.
