Austin-based Flex Discovery, a managed service provider which provides electronic discovery services to corporate legal departments and law firms, said Thursday that it has acquired a California company, Flex Discovery. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Flex Discovery said the acquisition will help it to expand into the California market.
