Forcepoint Names Qualcomm Vet As Marketing Chief
Austin-based Forcepoint, the newly formed cybersecurity firm which is a joint venture of Raytheon and Vista Equity Partners, said this morning that it has named Timothy A. McDonough as its new Chief Marketing Officer. McDonough was previously Senior Vice President of Marketing at Qualcomm, and CMO of the company's chipset divison. He also served at Microsoft, Sprint Telecommunications, J. Walter Thompson and Saatchi & Saatchi. Forcepoint was previously known as Websense, and was acquired by Raytheon and Vista Equity last year.
