    Dosh Adds Forever21
    Austin-based Dosh, which develop an app which rewards users using credit and debit cards for their spending at retailers, says that it has partnered with fashion retailer Forever21. The retailer joins such other bands as Applebees, IHOP, and others using its platform, according to the ompany.     NI Donates $1M To NYU For 5G Research
    Austin-based test equipment maker NI says it is donating nearly $1M in a combination of hardware and software to NYU, to help bolster 5G wireless research at the school. According to NI, it will equipment NYU's wireless labs with hardware and software from its flexible software defined radio (SDR) line.
