Austin, Texas-based corporate software provider nGenera said today that it has acquired Talisma, a Washington state-based provider of custoemr support software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. nGenera said it will incorporate Talisma's suite of applications into its nGen Customer product. Talisma's software is used for customer support, email management, and chat; according to nGenera the firm's customers include Aetna, AOL, Canon, Citibank, Comcast, Dell, Ford, University of Notre Dame, Microsoft, Pitney Bowes, Siemens, Sony, and Sprint.
