Frisco, Texas-based Skywire Software announced that it has completed its acquisition of Docucorp International. The deal was worth $127M. The companies said that the merged company will adopt the Skywire Software Name, and operate as a subsidiary of Hall Financial Group. The companies both offer software services to insurance, health care, financial and utility companies.
