Austin-based StoredIQ, a developer of e-discovery and information management software, announced Tuesday that the firm has raised $8M in funding. The new funds came from S3 Ventures and Techxas Ventures, existing investors in the firm. As part of the funding, the company said it has added Dan Junk as VP of Business Development, and Ellis Ishaya as VP of partner Development. Junk has served at ONSITE, Merrill Corporation, Orchestria and Renew Data, and Simpson Thacher & Barlett LLP. Ishaya has served at Kazeon Systems and EVault.
