Tyler Technologies Gets Win In Pennsylvania

Plano-based government software developer continues to stack on the customer wins, saying today that it has signed up an agency in Pennsylvania for its software. Tyler said the Monroe County Control Center in Pennsylvania has adopted its New World public safety, computer-aided dispatch (CAD) product, in a deal that included software implementation, training, data file conversion, and emergency 24/7 maintenance. Financial details of the contract were not announced. The Monroe County Control Center serves a population of nearly 200,000 residents, providing 911 public safety emergency dispatch services.
