Accruent Buys EMS Software

Austin-based Accruent announced this morning that it has acquired EMS Software, a developer of workplace and campus management software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. EMS Software develops a product that helps organizations manage every aspect of meeting rooms, classrooms, gathering spaces, and office hoteling, according to the firms. Craig Halliday is the CEO of EMS Software, which is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
