ACS Appoints CFO

Affiliated Computer Services Inc., a provider of business-process outsourcing and information technology consulting, reported Tuesday that it has promoted Kevin Kyser to chief financial officer. Formerly executive vice president of finance and accounting, Kyser now will lead the company’s finance organization, including treasury, tax, investor relations, audit and strategic planning and analysis functions for ACS; worldwide operations. Kyser joined the company in 1997, ACS said, and has held various titles, including corporate controller and chief financial officer of the commercial solutions group. John Rexford, who has served as chief financial officer since November 2006, will remain with the Dallas-based company as executive vice president and as a board director.
