Aporia Solutions Acquired By Accume Partners

Houston-based Aporia Solutions, a provider of technology and information system auditing and cybersecurity services, has been acquired by New York-based Accume Partners, the companies announced on Monday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Accume Partners is a provider of audit, technology, compliance, enterprise risk, and cybersecurity services to the banking and financial services industry. The two said Aporia Managing Partners Kjerstin Barley and Matt Stander have joined Accume Partners' leadership team. Aporia was founded in 2001.
