BMC Adds Two To Board

Houston-based BMC Software has added two new members to its board, the firm said this morning. According to BMC, it has appointed Mark Hawkins and Stephan James to its board. Hawkins is EVP and CFO at Autodesk, and has also served at Logitech and Dell. James was most recently International Chairman at Accenture, where he had been since he started his career in 1968.
