Convio Expands Board

Austin-based Convio, a provider of online services for managing nonprofits, said Tuesday that the firm has added two new members to its board. The firm has added William (Bill) Bock and Kristen L. Magnuson to its board. Bock is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Silicon Labs, and Magnuson is CFO and EVP of JDA Software. Convio provides software used by nonprofits to manage their customers, donors, and others, and is venture backed by Adams Street Partners, Austin Ventures, Granite Ventures, and Silverton Partners.
