Dell Adds Three To Board
Round Rock-based Dell said today that it has added three new members to its board of directors. The computer maker said it has added Janet Clark, of Marathon Oil Corporation, Laura Conigliaro, formerly of Goldman Sachs, and Ken Duberstein, of the Duberstein Group, to its board. Clark is EVP, treasurer, and CFO of Marathon Oil; Conigliaro was previously a partner ta Goldman Sachs, where she headed the firm's Americas equity research unit; Duberstein runs a strategic planning and consulting firm, and was previously a part of Reagan's White House Chief of Staff, among other roles.
