Magnitude Software Buys Innowera

Austin-based Magnitude Software, in its second buy this quarter, says it has acquired Innowera, a developer of software to more efficiently manage processes and workflows in SAP. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Innowera was based in Irving, Texas. According to Magnitude, the deal will help immediately expand its portfolio of solutions in the SAP marketplace. Magnitude Software's Chairman and CEO is Chris Ney.
