 Monday, November 27, 2017 Bazaarvoice Acquired By Marlin Equity For $521M Austin-based ratings and review provider Bazaarvoice announced this morning that it is in a go-private deal with Marlin Equity Partners, where Marlin Equity will pay $521M in cash for all of its outstanding common stock. Bazaarvoice said Marlin will pay $5.50 per share in cash for the company, an 18 percent premium to its average closing price for the 30-calendar day period ending November 24th.
