PeopleAdmin Acquired by Vista Equity Partners

Austin-based PeopleAdmin, a developer of cloud-based tools used for talent management, has been acquired by private equity investor Vista Equity Partners, the two said Thursday. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. PeopleAdmin develops software-as-a-service to help companies manage hiring, retention, and other related human resources and talent management tasks. PeopleAdmin was advised by Lazard in the deal. The company says it has more than 700 organizations using its products.
