Solera Holdings Buys Distribution Services Technologies

Westlake, Texas-based Solera Holdings, the developer of software for the automobile insurance claims processing market, said Friday that it has acquired Distribution Services Technologies, a developer of B-to-B e-commerce, ERP, and analytics software for the automotive mechanical part distribution market. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Solera said it will use the funding to strengthen its parts platform.
