SpaceCraft Merges With Element Creative

Austin-based SpaceCraft, the developer of website creation software headed by Adam Moore, said today that it has merged with digital design and marketing firm Element Creative. Element Creative is also here in Austin. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. As part of the acquisition, Element Creative's CEO, Dan Isaacs, has become co-CEO of SpaceCraft. SpaceCraft develops software for creating "responsive" websites--sites which easily adapt to smartphones, tablets, PCs, or other platforms so that they continue to be easily usable no matter how they are accessed. Responsive design is an area of growing interest for website developers and designers. SpaceCraft said the merger will allow it to rapidly expand its operations, improve its products, and support its customers.
