Realm Business Solutions Merges With Circle Software

Houston, Texas-based Realm Business Solutions, a provider of software for the commercial real estate industry, merged on Wednesday with Circle Software, a London-based competitor. The two companies said they will combine to serve the global market. Both firms provide property and portfolio valuation software. Financial terms were not disclosed. Realm is backed by Insight Venture Partners and Lightyear Capital, who advised Realm; Circle Software was advised by Sparring Partners.
