Bazaarvoice Adds QVC

Austin, Texas-based Bazaarvoice has added QVC to its lineup of customers, as the firm announced today that QVC will use its customer ratings and reviews service. Bazaarvoice said that QVC will use its services on QVC.com. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Bazaarvoice operates an online service that allows online retailers to provide customer ratings and reviews via a white-label system. The company's ratings and reviews will appear on QVC's online web site. Bazaarvoice is venture backed by Austin Ventures and First Round Capital.
