BSG Alliance Buys The Concours Group

Austin, Texas-based BSG Alliance has acquired The Concours Group, a high-end strategy and executive education company, the firm said this morning. BSG Alliance, which provides software and Internet consulting services, did not disclose financial deals of the acquisition. BSG Alliance is venture backed by Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Foundation Capital, and Powershift Ventures. Dr. Ronald P. Christman, the founder of The Concours Group, has been named as President of BSG Concours.
