Journyx Unveils Customer Service Tracking App
Austin, Texas-based accounting software publisher Journyx announced Tuesday that it has officially unveiled a new application that will allow service-based organizations to track and analyze costs associated with customer service. Journyx said the software-as-a-service tool, called Customer Cost Tracker, should incur little to no IT maintenance expenses and is available for the price of $5 per user per month. The new service allows companies to track labor costs and expenses associated with customer service, including tracking customer-related time and expenses, calculating estimated and actual costs on a per-customer basis, and monitoring budgets and status of customer projects.
