Enfora Acquires Middleware Developer TeleM2M
Enfora, a publisher of wireless networking software for asset management, remote monitoring and location-based services, announced Thursday that it has acquired the assets and employees of Intellimatics, a privately held company doing business as TeleM2M. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Enfora explained that TeleM2M develops software integration tools, called middleware, that link enterprise applications with wireless-device-management and communications software. Enfora said TeleM2M's product line complements its existing offerings, adding that it expects to unveil Enfora-branded versions of TeleM2M's middleware later this quarter. Enfora is headquartered in Richardson, Texas.
