itzbig Enhances Job Search Service

Austin-based itzbig, a provider of job matching technology and search services focused on matching job candidates with companies, said today it has released a new enhancement to its network. According to itzbig, the new feature targets passive job candidates, who aren't looking for another position. Among the new features, itzbig said it has added privacy controls such as visibility settings, in addition to suggestions for popular and related job terms related to an individual's skills, and virtual job opportunity pipeline tracking for candidates. The new features were released as part of the firm's expansion into California Tuesday.
