Idearc Media Links To Marchex

Dallas-based Idearc Media Corp., publisher of the Verizon Yellow Pages and operator of the online yellow pages site Superpages.com, and Seattle-based Marchex said today the two are in a local advertising deal. Marchex, which operates an online advertising network, will feature Idearc's advertisers on its Internet ad network. Financial details of the deal were not announced by the firms. Idearc said the partnership would expand the local distribution for its advertisers.
