Crossroads In Deal With Sun Microsystems

Austin-based data storage and networking firm Crossroads Systems said Monday that it has inked a deal with computer firm Sun Microsystems, to distribute Crossroads' ReadVerify appliance in France. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ReadVerify is Crossroads' appliance used for monitoring tape libraries, drives, and media and checking for data integrity; the firm's software is targeted at detecting issues with backup tape systems.
