ACS Elects Sullivan to Board of Directors

Dallas-based business-process outsourcing firm Affiliated Computer Services Inc. reported Wednesday that Paul E. Sullivan has been elected to its board of directors. ACS said the 63-year-old Sullivan will serve as an independent director and will sit on the board's Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Sullivan, ACS explained, is a member of the Lexington, Ky.-based law firm of Frost Brown Todd LLC. He also has a record of public service, ACS said, including serving as general counsel to the Kentucky Department of Banking and to the U.S. Department of Labor. ACS noted that its board now comprises six directors, four of which are independent.
