Bazaarvoice Sees Diamonds

Austin, Texas-based Bazaarvoice, which provides a service which allows online e-commerce retailers to show ratings and reviews for products, said today that Zales, a fine jewelry retailer, is using the firm's products. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. According to Bazaarvoice, the deal includes both Zales and Gordon's Jewelers brands. Bazaarvoice operates a service which allows customers to add ratings and reviews about products on websites.
