MPV Application Selected By Physician Groups

Medical Present Value, a publisher of financial software for the health care industry, revealed Monday that four multi-specialty groups have licensed MPV's payor contract management application, Phynance. The new client organizations are: the 600-physician Intermountain Medical Group, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah; the 760-provider Oregon Health Sciences University Medical Group of Portland, Ore.; the 747-physician UC Davis Health System based in Sacramento, Calif.; and the 120-provider Talbert Medical Group, located in Costa Mesa, Calif. The financial impact of the transactions was not disclosed. Medical Present Value is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
