Tyler Technologies Wins Municipal Contract

Tyler Technologies Inc. revealed Wednesday that it has won the business of the city of Chino, Calif. Tyler said the city of 76,000 has agreed to purchase licenses of Tyler's MUNIS financial management software. The Dallas-based company noted that, as part of the agreement, it will provide Chino with relevant professional services, ongoing maintenance and support. The financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Tyler Technologies said its client base includes more than 7,000 local government offices in all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom. The city of Chino sits some 35 miles east of Los Angeles.
