Optimal Solutions Gets $100M

Irving, Texas-based Optimal Solutions, a provider of SAP consulting and staffing, has raised $100M in funding from private equity firm Tailwind Capital Partners, Tailwind said today. Tailwind said it will be the lead investor in the firm, which will go towards accelerating Optimal's growth. Optimal Solutions sells SAP solutions and services to middle-market companies. Optimal provides both onsite, and offshore outsourcing of SAP application development. More information »
