Handango Signs Deal With EA
Smartphone content supplier Handango Inc. revealed Tuesday that it has struck a deal with game developer Electronic Arts Inc. that tasks the Texas-based company with providing EA's mobile division's leading casual gaming titles. The financial impact of the distribution deal was not disclosed. Handango said several EA favorites—such as Madden NFL '08, The Sims 2, TETRIS and Bejeweled—are already available for the Windows Mobile, BlackBerry and Symbian UIQ platforms. Handango added that it will also offer several EA titles in multiple languages for European customers using the Symbian UIQ platform. Handango is headquartered in Hurst.
