Probe Technology Services Gets Funding

Fort Worth-based Probe Technology Services, a provider of tools for the oil and gas wireline service industry, has scored a round of investment from private equity firm Cadent Energy Partners II, L.P. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed. Probe designs, engineers and manufactures open hole and cased hole logging tools, using in oil wells. Probe was advised by Western Strategic Advisors LLC in the deal. More information »
