Cypress Software Names Executive

Loan automation applications developer Cypress Software Systems LP reported Monday that it has hired Karen Lord as director of training. Cypress said Lord's chief duties will include organizing, supervising and conducting client training sessions. The North Richland Hills, Texas-based company said Lord boasts more than 26 years of management and training experience within the banking and finance industry. Most recently, Cypress noted, Lord was global customer trainer and training manager for Equifax Enabling Technologies of Baton Rouge, La. Prior to that, she supported Electronic Data Systems’ customers in the United States and South Korea as a business services analyst for that company’s Financial Services division.
