nGenera Sells Talisma Assets

Business intelligence software firm nGenera has sold some of the assets of Talisma Corporation, which it acquired in May, to a Florida Firm, Campus Management Corp. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. Campus Management Corp. said this morning that it has acquired the assets of Talisma CRM, the Talisma Higher Education business division, and Talisma Corporation Pvt. Ltd in India, which were part of the Talisma customer relationship management (CRM) software, from nGenera. nGenera acquired the firm in May of this year. Talisma's Customer Interaction Management and Knowledgebase software was not included in the sale.
