Worksoft Hires Sales VP
Worksoft Inc., a publisher of application lifecycle management utilities, reported Monday that it has hired Dan Gannon as vice president of worldwide sales and marketing. Worksoft explained that, in this role, Gannon will develop and carry out the company's go-to-market strategy. Gannon, Worksoft noted, boasts more than a quarter-century of executive, sales and marketing management experience. Prior to joining Worksoft, the company said, Gannon served as president and chief executive officer of Newmerix Corp. Before that, Worksoft added, he was senior sales executive for Vericept Corp. and Intelliden. Founded in 1998, Worksoft is headquartered in Dallas.
