Tyler Technologies Acquires PulseMark

Tyler Technologies, a Dallas-based provider of information management services to local governments, announced Tuesday that it has acquired PulseMark LLC. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Headquartered in St. Louis, PulseMark develops specialized information warehousing solutions for the K-12 education and local government markets. According to Tyler, PulseMark utilizes novel data warehousing technologies to improve delivery of information to key users within a school district or local government agency. Most of the company's clients are based in Georgia and Missouri, Tyler noted, and its flagship product is District Pulse.
