Motion Computing Rolls Out New Tablet PC
Austin-based Motion Computing, a developer of mobile PCs, reported this morning that it has released a new, rugged tablet PC. According to the firm, its new product, the J3400, includes such features as dual hot-swappable batteries, shock mounted displays and hard drives, and mil-spec ratings. Motion Computing is a venture-backed provider of ruggedized tablet PCs for the healthcare, energy, field sales, and other industries; the firm is venture backed by New Enterprise Associates, Institutional Venture Partners, G-51 Capital, and others.
