Convio Hires VP

Austin-based Convio, a publisher of customer relationship management software for non-profit organizations, reported Tuesday that it has hired Marc Cannon as vice president of services. The firm described Cannon as a 20 year veteran of the global consulting industry who most recently led Adobe Systems Inc.'s Worldwide Consulting business. Before that, he held similar roles at Autodesk Inc., think3, Cadence Design Systems Inc. and Accenture. Convio's clients include the American Red Cross, Easter Seals, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Humane Society and the Sierra Club.
