Convio Upgrades Common Ground

Austin-based Convio reported today that it has updated its Common Ground CRM tool for nonprofits. The firm said that the latest version of its software adds new volunteer and event management, specifically allowing nonprofits to track event information, event sponsors, and ticketing, as well as creating a new volunteer management capability for tracking and finding volunteers. The firm said that charities such as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, and Mobile Loaves and Fishes are using the software.
