Bandspeed Raises $4.5M
Austin-based Bandspeed, a manufacturer of managed wireless access points, has raised $4.5M out of a $9.5M fundraising round, the firm disclosed in a regulatory filing today. No details on the funding have yet been announced by the company. Participants in the round include JatoTech Ventures and Guggenheim Technology Ventures, according to the filing, with Walter Thirion of JatoTech and Michael Falcon of Guggenheim Technology representing those firms on the company's board of directors.
