TAKE Supply Chain Buys Another Firm

Austin-based TAKE Supply Chain, which was formerly ClearOrbit, is on an acquisition roll this week, saying today that it has acquired the product division of El Paso-based PSI Software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. PSI Software develops international trade compliance products, used by manufacturers importing and exporting goods and components between the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The acquisition follows Monday's acquisition by TAKE Supply Chain of California-based EntComm, another developer of supply chain software.
