Convio Links With Amazon Payments

Austin-based Convio, a provider of software-as-a-service for nonprofits, has linked with Amazon.com and its payment service, Amazon Payments. Amazon.com announced the integration Wednesday, in conjunction with the launch of an effort to promote holiday giving to nonprofits, saying that Convio's software now allows for donations via the Amazon Payments electronic payment service. Amazon.com said it is highlighting the American Red Cross, UNICEF, Greenpeace, Nature Conservancy, Feeding America, Heifer International, Autism Society of America, International Federation for Animal Welfare, Children’s Miracle Network and United Way of King County -- a number of which are Convio clients -- in its nonprofit holiday giving effort.
