Bazaarvoice Lines Up Ticketmaster.com

Austin-based Bazaarvoice, a providing of social ratings and review software for e-commerce web sites, disclosed today that it has signed on Ticketmaster.com as a customer. According to Bazaarvoice, Ticketmaster.com has launched a new ratings and reviews feature on its site, which allows customers to rate and review events tickets purchased through the firm. Size of the win and financial details were not announced.
