Tyler Technologies Wins Akron Customer

Dallas-based Tyler Technologies, a developer of information management software for schools and governments, reported today that it has signed a deal with Akron Public Schools, in Ohio. The firm said the school system will purchase its Munis enterprise resource planning solution, including installation, upgrades, support, and maintenance. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Akron Public Schools has seven high schools, 10 middle schools, and 34 elementary schools.
