Clearview Staffing Software Acquired

Dallas-based Clearview Staffing Software, a developer of workforce management software for recruiting and scheduling temporary staff, has been acquired. Wisconsin-based API Healthcare announced the buy on Tuesday, but did not disclose any financial details of the buy. API Healthcare said that it will continue to maintain Clearview's Dallas office, which will be a "key business center" for the firm.
