TPG Software Deploys On Amazon

Houston-based TPG Software, a developer of software for the financial industry, said Tuesday that the firm's software can now be deployed on Amazon's Web Services Platform, Amazon EC2. The firm said that its software systems can be used as an "on-demand" service via Amazon AWS, eliminating the need to purchase application servers or to provide internal IT support. Pricing on the software was not released. TPG's software is provided to banks, thrifts, credit unions, and others.
