BMC Trumpets Customer Savings

Houston-based BMC Software said today that Pacific Life Insurance Company, a major provider of life insurance in North America, implemented the firm's BMC Remedy IT Service Management product in a project, saving the insurance firm more than $1.1M over the last three years. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. According to BMC, Pacific Life adopted BMC as part of a major IT reorganization.
